Someday, Butch and I want to buy some properties. Of course, we will have our own house and lot. But one of our goals is to invest in real estate. We want to buy several properties and build apartments for rent or office spaces for lease. My dad has had his own experience in this business. Today, he owns an apartment building. He is now retired but the apartments give our family a steady monthly income. Perhaps Butch and I could talk to my dad about our plan to invest in real estate. But for a solid education in real estate investment, Nouveau Riche University is best. Making money by investing in real estate is not easy. Just look at Donald Trump. Though he is the most successful real estate investor in the US, did you know that he was bankrupt once? But he overcame his failures and went on. Sure we can read books he authored to learn how he did it and we can even join The Apprentice. But that would not be very likely. At Nouveau Riche University, they teach both theory and practice of real estate investment concepts and strategies. They offer a very dynamic education. Their curriculum on real estate investment includes role playing exercises and case studies that help students know investment rules and theories by heart. Nouveau Riche University supports their students as they put the knowledge they’ve learned into practice.
I think one could never go wrong with this kind of investment as long as you know what your doing. After we retire, our real estate investments could earn us passive income. And we could even pass it on to our children as their inheritance.

A Dynamic Real Estate Investment Education

please don't mind if I ask... Where did you get this offer?
Just a question from a fellow investor. Have you already attended the University? And, do you find yourself doing more selling, or more real estate investing. I ask this because I bought the first series of DVD's/CD's, but kind of dropped out, because I felt there was more selling than interest in helping me out as an investor. Am considering going back to NR meetings, but wanted your input.
